Technology has been rapidly changing over the years, it’s hard to keep up! And photography has been no exception to this. As a Real Estate marketing business, photography has been an integral part of what we offer. So as technology continues to grow and evolve, so have we! The images we see now see are incomparably better to that of even a few years ago. Because of the advancement in technology, we are able to shoot in more difficult conditions with less light, we are able to capture images that are far more ‘true to life’, and images are crisper and clearer than ever. Hand in hand with the photography improving, editing capabilities have also improved. We are now able to realistically edit photos to such an extent that we can completely change the skies in images, and even add furniture to empty homes. And lastly, our photographers themselves are constantly learning and pushing themselves, making sure their skills improve with the technology. Below is a property that was photographed by another company back in 2016, and we were lucky to photograph it this year.
It’s safe to say that real estate photography has come pretty far in the last 4 years!
