Do you use video as part of your property marketing?

While VPA can be hard to come by, if your seller is serious about getting the most exposure to potential buyers, video is a must.

While your video may not get as many views on the property portals as photos, where video really shines is on social media - a potentially untapped buyer pool!

As social media becomes more and more important in promoting and marketing a property, it makes sense to use video as part of your marketing arsenal, especially as video generates so much more engagement than text and images
