Agents want to be able to get the same high-quality images for all their listings every time, the consistency of these images are key in being able to sell the property quickly and promote a high calibre of service from the agent.
Agents also want their images turned around as quickly as possible so it is important to us that our images are delivered to our clients' inbox the morning after they are taken!
One of the ways we get consistency from our images and are able to turn them around the next day is that we utilize an editing team. This along with standard training for our photographers ensures that the client is delivered the best possible photos, as quickly as possible, every time.
Gone are the days where our photographers would be staying up into the wee hours hunched over a bright screen in a dim room editing photos, instead we use a fantastic team of editors. Our editors work on our images overnight which means you can see our photographers out on site more.
After spending the day capturing beautiful homes across Perth we send off the images to our editors and then it’s their turn to make the properties sparkle whilst we recharge our batteries ready for the next day.
First thing the next morning we are back at it in the office checking every edited photo making sure they are perfect and doing any adjustments needed before sending them off to the client nice and early.
We are constantly in contact with both our photography and editing teams providing feedback where necessary to maintain our high levels of consistency. Customer service is also key so we take on and implement feedback from our clients to ensure they are getting the product they want.
