Here are my top tips to get the most out of Chat GPT when writing your RE copy and content:
- Always tell Chat GPT what you want ie Please generate Real Estate copy for "the address" and tell Chat GPT the feel of how you would like the copy written. For example, I would like this copy to be informative but romantic.
- Give as much info as possible on the house and location- dot points are great. If your owner has given you any written information include that also.
- You can ask Chat GPT questions like " Please ask me any questions before you begin" It may ask you who your target buyer is!
- You can tell Chat GPT how many words you need and also if you need headings.
