The REIWA Awards always shine a light on the best in WA real estate. Here at Crib, we loved seeing so many familiar names, both clients and old friends of The Crunch with Crib, taking to the stage this year.
We have been lucky enough to interview a lot of this year's winners and, although some of these podcast episodes go back a few years, the lessons are timeless. Good agents get results whether the market’s flying, flat or really tough. And with The Crunch relaunching soon in partnership with REIWA, now is the perfect time to dive back into some of our favourite chats.
Here are a few standout episodes featuring award winners from this past weekend - all worth a listen (or a re-listen).
Psst - we’ve also included some episodes of Off Market. You might have to skip some of the less relevant market chat to find the gold, but looking back, we think these episodes are worth another look, too.

Online (รับงานพัทยา) have become increasingly common in today's connected world. Friends, family members, colleagues, and romantic partners often rely on digital communication to stay close regardless of location. Messaging applications, video conferencing, and social networking platforms help strengthen these connections through regular interaction. Honest conversations, mutual understanding, and emotional support remain essential components of successful relationships. While online communication cannot replace every face-to-face experience, it offers valuable opportunities to maintain meaningful connections and develop trust through consistent, respectful, and genuine interactions over time.
It is so inspiring to see these top WA agents consistently bringing in incredible results, especially with the influx of East Coast and international buyers. When you're dealing with high-volume markets or diverse investor profiles—like Mark Grogan mentioned—having seamless operations is everything. For agencies handling cross-border transactions or international clients, partnering with reliable document translation services can be a total game-changer for keeping contracts, foreign financial statements, and marketing materials clear and legally sound. Can't wait for the relaunch of The Crunch to hear more timeless strategies from the best in the business!
Great agents truly do get results regardless of the market, and a huge part of that success comes down to having the right data and systems in place to make informed decisions. Just like top-tier real estate professionals rely on precise market insights, cutting-edge industries like healthcare rely on highly accurate Medical Annotation Services to train the AI models that are shaping the future of medicine.
Whether you are analyzing property trends or structuring complex healthcare data, consistency, discipline, and attention to detail are what separate the best from the rest. Looking forward to tuning back into The Crunch to hear more about how these leaders maintain their edge!
Hard work, marketing knowledge, and negotiation skills are the key reasons great agents always get results. The market may change, but professional skills always matter.
The best agents focus on solutions, not problems. They guide clients, provide market insights, and create opportunities regardless of whether the market is up or down.
