What do you love doing outside of work?

I enjoy a good bush/beach walk or a fire pit when the weather is right and if my family is involved, even better. You will find me peering into Builder’s sites to check out construction methods and materials.

What is your favorite Perth suburb and why?

A favourite suburb is where ever I find myself in an interesting floor plan. From the laneways with three floor terraces to the expansive homes with exquisite gardens, whether on the coast or in the hills, I’ll be there.

What is your favorite type of property?

I love a surprise in a floor plan – that door inside the robe, the lavish space from behind a narrow façade or great use of space in a small room. The Fremantle Woolstores has been a standout for me with all those old jarrah beams intersecting everywhere and with all the glorious light flooding in from above.

What is the weirdest thing you have encountered onsite?

A home with the owners away and surprise, surprise, a naked couple in an upstairs room, they were equally as surprised to see me, left rather quickly with no conversation.
