We are commissioned to shoot the dwelling and the dwelling only. The photographer booked on this job has not been booked to shoot portraits or people-related content. If this is something you require whilst we are there, please let us know so we can book the appropriate photographer and also charge accordingly. 

 

The cost for the service you have booked covers the license fee for the single use of this marketing. If you wish to share with another company please ask them to contact us directly to purchase a license to use for their own marketing. Please refer to our T&C's regarding usage and licensing. 

 

We generally approach day shoots with the lights off unless the property features, feature lighting. If you do prefer your day photos with lights on please let us know.

Crib Creative apply a 24-hour cancellation policy for all Builders photo and aerial bookings. For all video bookings, we require 48hrs notice. 
If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than the required notice, the following charges will apply (Incl GST):

$220 – Day Shoot/Aerials
$495 – Twilight

$440 - Video

Due to high demand, all video bookings require 48hrs notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If we are not provided 48hrs notice there will a cancellation fee equal to the booking cost.

If the property is not ready, access cannot be provided or you are late by more than the below allocated times, cancellation rates will apply: 

​

15 minutes – Day Shoot, Video, aerials
15 minutes – Twilight

We generally don't advise a time for aerials to be done as we don't need to be physically on site for them to be completed, so they will go ahead when the weather is optimal on the date booked.
If the property is not ready when the drone operators arrive and they are unable to complete the shoot, there will be a cancellation fee of $220 inc GST. 
If you request a specific time, we will do our best to meet this request taking external factors into consideration. If you want to meet the aerial operator before the shoot begins, please advise at the time of booking. 

This policy is in place out of respect for our contractors, who are paid for their time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
